Shipping policy

 

All delivery estimates are based from time of dispatch, not from the time an order was placed. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During seasonal and promotional periods this may take between 2-5 business days. 

Dispatch times are estimates only and can vary depending on the weather conditions. We will not dispatch any orders when the weather reaches extreme temperatures. In the event of prolonged extreme weather conditions we will be in contact to advise when the expected dispatch date will be.

Orders will only be dispatched Monday to Thursday. To avoid our chocolate staying in unknown weather conditions for long periods of time, we will not dispatch orders on Fridays. 

Deliveries will generally only occur Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

All orders are shipped via the Express Post delivery service to ensure the least amount time in transit.
