2018

COCO88 is a small, family-owned and operated business in Sydney, Australia.

After a long and successful career in the corporate world, Carole Bertuccio decided to pursue her dream of owning her own business making delicious and exquisite sweets.

With no prior experience in the chocolate or pastry industry, she began her journey in 2015 by taking up courses and learning from renowned Australian and International Pastry Chefs, while still working in the corporate sector.

In 2017 she left her full-time job and in 2018 she created the COCO88 brand with a mission to create quality and unique products that bring out emotions and create memorable experiences.

2020

The impacts of COVID-19 meant that no one was walking into our store. Our business was on the brink of closure.

We decided to risk everything and advertise our products online. It took 3 days to build our online store, and by the 5th day we sold out. Our business changed overnight.

2023

Fast-forward 3 years and our family is growing. We have received over 3000+ 5-star reviews, opened up Pop-Up stores, served over 50,000 customers and truly believe that we have made twice as many smile.

Our Mission is to make you smile, one bite at a time. All we ask is that if we make you smile, you pass that smile onto someone else.
