How We Ship Chocolate
We understand that many customers have their objections around purchasing chocolate online. The biggest concern is how we can guarantee that it will arrive at your doorstep in unmelted, and in perfect condition. Our Fulfilment strategy allows us to offer customers peace of mind around these concerns. See below for the materials and resources used to ensure your order is received in perfect condition.
Ice Packs
During warmer months each order will contain at least 1 ice pack. These ice packs keep the products cool for approximately 24-36 hours.
Thermal Lining
To prevent external heat, all orders contain Thermal bubble wrap lining. The products are wrapped in this lining before being placed in the carton.
Heavy Duty Cartons
Heat isn't the only thing we're worried about. Which is why we ensure each order uses a thick, heavy duty shipping carton. Parcels are more often than not thrown around by courier services. So we use the cartons to prevent damage to the product, and add labels/stickers to communicate to couriers the contents of the box.
Express Post only
We only use Express Post when shipping our products. Express post means you will receive the order in 1-3 business days. Even during warmer months, we can rely on this service to deliver each order the fastest way possible.
